  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failure
  • Replace faulty CD/DVD-ROM, hard drive, memory
  • Perform preventative software/hardware maintenance
  • Replace faulty internal components if feasible to customer.

Having Software Problems? ($75.00):

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and resolve the issue
  • Load Operating System and install all drivers
  • Install and configure up to 2 software programs (Anti-Virus, Firewall, Microsoft Office)
  • Recommend hardware repairs or software adjustments
  • Provide guidance for the purchase of required hardware or software
